An “Office Room” room, available on the day of Registration, will be provided for invited speakers and oral presenters for reviewing their presentation file with a USB Storage Device or CD and for uploading the final versions.

Poster Board size: 3' 9" high and 7' 7" wide (1.1 meters high x 2.3 meters wide) Please ensure that your poster does not exceed the above size.

Posters will be on display for the duration of the meeting.
