Dr. Torre Delgadillo is an Internist and Gastroenterologist at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición “Salvador Zubirán” in México City. His training in Hepatology was in the Hospital Clinic, in Barcelona, under the guidance of Dr. Pere Ginés.
He is the founder in the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición of the Hepatology and Liver Transplantation Unit, and its part of the National System of Researchers in México.
His main research area its complications of cirrhosis with special emphasis in hepatic encephalopathy and ACLF.
